We have identified a huge gap between customers (property owners) and the municipalities. Our passion and drive is to identify the root-cause of problems faced by our customers be it in municipal statement /bill, application for rezoning, building plans, property forensic /evaluation, etc.
We stand in the gap between you and the Municipality regarding charges being levied. Should you have any queries on Municipal charges, that you have not been assisted with by the Municipality, then we can assist to investigate and raise disputes on your behalf with the Municipality. We are experts on Municipal policies and by-laws and how charges should be levied.
At Munifix we pride ourselves to have founding directors that have vast experience in the Information Communications Technology (Telecommunications), having worked in the billing/finance department from Local, District and Metropolitan Municipalities, and have been involved in major projects specifically for business process automation in the area of revenue generating utilities such as: property rates, water and electricity and other related processes which are rezoning, indigent, building plan, etc.
